It makes a difference. Most airlines are trying to hire more under-represented minorities so it’s a factor that’s considered along with flight time, education, etc.

And I think BeatNavy is right, it’s probably a glitch.

TBNT in 3 mins or less

Hello Folks,

Was just trying to show that TBNT notifications were being giving out quick (Less then 3 mins), to all types of folks (11,000 +hrs, 2000+hrs Retired, Black guy) and too all locations (NYC). Guess I should have added 4yr degree, and advanced studies, along with a clean record.😉

Might just be an auto glitch (as stated) will let you know if a new application filing helps.

Did any of you getting TBNT's have apps in from the last window? I've heard stories of TBNTs automatically going out for any apps from the old window when the new one opens.

I heard there are a couple questions where a lot of people click the wrong box and get auto-rejected. I think there’s one about requiring sponsorship to work in the US or something. If you answer “Yes” you get rejected.
