Best advice for new guys. Apply get hired keep your apps up to date. If you like it stay but don’t expect major changes with the way the Elt runs things. Oh and if you come you might want to have a supply of your own blue shirts

Submitted my video interview January 21st. Asked to complete the flight history addendum 2 weeks after. I got the invite for the in person interview this past Tuesday, Feb 15th. March 2nd was the earliest date offered and I took it. Good luck.
