I've been watching this forum for a while and thought I'd share my timeline so far. Seems mine is slower than most, video interview invite first week of September, submitted just a few days later on the 10th, didn't hear anything until I received the flight addendum just last Monday 18th, returned it several hours later, haven't heard anything since. Hopefully hear something back about a F2F very soon, fingers crossed. Going on 7 weeks since the video invite

Right there with you guys. Submitted towards the end of September but still waiting. Curious if they have already filled the 12/1 class as well. I haven’t seen any classes posted past the 12/1 date so maybe they’re slowing down on F2F interviewing until more classes are announced?

My timeline:
- August 12, applied
- August 23, video interview invite
- August 26, video interview
- September 7, flight history addendum
- September 30, interview invite
- October 21, Orlando interview (asked if I'm okay with an accelerated track, said yes)
- October 22, Successful interview email, moving to phase 2
- October 28, Panel approved application! Class invite for 11/30 or 12/14
- October 28, Hire Right background email
- Background check still going
It looks like they've started an accelerated track after the interview, where the selection panel looks at your application and if successful send a class invite before they start the background check. Not sure what landed me in the accelerated track.

So if anyone who has any familiarity with the hiring process could chime in or send a PM, I'm just confused on why class dates seem to be getting assigned to people out of order/at random. I interviewed on 10/13 and haven't heard anything and know a few other people that interviewed on the 13/14 that haven't heard anything, but others have received class dates and even people who interviewed the week after me received class dates, well before them finishing the background check. Is there any reason for this anyone is aware of?

I highly doubt anyone who interviewed the week after you 10/20 ish has received a class date. Maybe the got into phase 2 but not class dates. As for your situation, if you haven’t yet received a thanks but no thanks it is a good sign, once you get into phase 2 you will probably get an e-mail stating that classes aren’t assigned in order of interview dates but instead assigned by making the class as diverse as possible (mil,135,121). Sounds like you are upset but if you want to get here I’d patiently wait and hope you get an invite for p2
I've been in phase 2 over 2 weeks and my hire right background check is complete.
