the better indicator, frankly, is how many JetBlue folks do you know? Those internal recs mean a lot— and frankly will set your resume apart.

Question for ya and be gentle I know it’s a long shot lol, have you heard of FOs with less than 1000 hours of turbine being taken? I’ve heard of 2 pilots from second hand source but nothing I can confirm myself. Just wondering if I stand a snowballs chance in hell.

I haven't heard of us taking people under 3k TT (minus zero to hero programs). TT requirements are decreasing by the day, so don't be discouraged. IMHO, the best thing you can do is show that you really want to be here-- LOR's are looked at VERY favorably. Also go to OBAP etc and work the booths hard. Since you are prior military, try your best to get into Vets in Blue.

All that said, I don’t think we will hire many below 2500 TT outside of the gateway select guys and maybe mil. Just a hunch though.

I was around 3000 when I interviewed in 2017, half of which was mil helo and the other half mostly single turbine. Plenty of other good stuff on the resume. Numbers are just one part of the formula and adjustable depending on ______… Good luck and keep applying.
