1. CBA vacation staffing, etc...
2. **IF** they are actually going to take the full delivery schedule next year AND the delayed deliveries from this year they will need to get ahead of hiring.
3. Currently understaffed.
4. We do still have steady light-moderate attrition from the bottom of the seniority list.
5. Training float needed to cover the additional movement the very low E190 pay has created.
Others may have more ideas.

Regarding the application. The part where it attempts to automatically parse your resume and fill in job experience, skills, etc. How detailed did you all get? Go back ten years? Go back to high school? What did you all put in the skills section? Computer hacking skills? Bow hunting skills?
Thanks in advance.

At the time I applied(8 years ago) I just listed my aviation related jobs. I had over 10 years of aviation experience at the time. I Didn’t feel a need to go back any further than that.

Yeah, but did you bring your high GPA transcripts to the interview?

I have talked to various people who applied only once and were called to interview between 3-6 months later, and they said they never resubmitted in more recent windows. But they got hired. Nothing is absolute here, except that some seem to be keyboard warriors who have axes to grind.

Hopefully hyperboy chimes in, as he is very close to the subject, but I believe he’s said that on here, more than once. I suggest asking someone in talent acquisition, because you are wrong, regardless of your claim above, and putting out bad info to potential applicants.

I can chime in...
I submitted a video screen and was given a TBNT, reapply in six months. I never reapplied, but was given a random email four months later to do the video screen again. I did not have the current requisition submitted at that time. I was surprised, resubmitted the video screen, and was subsequently hired.
FWIW.
YMMV.
Etc.

I know these things are scattered through the post history, but I was hoping somebody had current truth data. Any idea how long it takes to hold an FO line on the Airbus at MCO or FLL? What about the junior CA at the same?
