It is , in the STAR format . But since there is no real technical portion. I would still say it's a personality interview . Just my opinion

I did Emerald / would recommend it (or something similar). But I had zero knowledge of interviewing and, really, the 121 world in general. One key thing they did was to steer me away from some of my stories (for very good reason) and affirm other ones…really helped my confidence.

I’d also check out one of the books on the company…”Blue Streak” is one I believe. Not just to help you with the interview but also to give you a sense of the place so you know if it’s for you or not.

I did Emerald Coast. The biggest thing it gave me was confidence. It helped fine tune my stories, and opened my eyes to a few things that I needed to do to interview better, but the big lever thing for me was the confidence that I could answer any question and act like a polished professional.

Maybe that’d be useful to you. It was to me. Best of luck.

I’ll second this... Having interviewed at a regional prior to JetBlue, I felt prepared. That said, EC primed my answers and definitely boosted my confidence. It’s worth it, in my opinion, and it will prime you for all interviews in the future (it’s a lifetime membership!). If you live in NYC or BOS, this could very well be a destination airline (someday). If you’re a Californian, look elsewhere. Spend the money if you want it.

But, if you’re looking at Delta, get your app reviewed by a professional. God forbid you put Delta Airlines as opposed to Delta Air Lines... Fail. Maybe that’s why they won’t call me.

That's not why they are not calling. Delta hasn't called because you've already shown terrible judgement and decision making skills... accepting the job at JB.

Follow up, during the in person interview in Orlando, can I bring my rollerboard to the interview and store it or do I need to book 2 nights at the hotel?
