The answer to more pay and better work rules was we have 10,000 applications of guys who would gladly take your place. feel free to go else where.
it'll be interesting to see how many viable apps we get this round... last round was measurably less than 10k.

On another note, how often have they been opening the application window? The website says once a year but I know the window was open back in April as well.
How times change...
I remember back in 2005 talking to JB with about 3k worth of saab time. I was almost laughed out of the building... "come back when you learned to fly a jet " is what the guy said.
The pendulum has swung. Now every other FO I fly with seems to have zero time in the left seat. Don't get me wrong, I would have jumped given the chance too. But you can tell who the guys are that have put in their time.
It's a good time to be a young pilot.

What perplexes me is guys are talking about how much experience they had to have in order to get a call and your question is if it’s even worth updating after the window closes? If your part of the entitlement mentality, please don’t apply.
Well see at real airlines you update your times monthly to show you’re still interested, and it also adds points to help get you called. As for BlueJet as far as I remember it doesn’t make any difference. You’ll have access to a short profile you can keep updated with total time if it’s still the same though. Most things at BlueJet are a moving target “ready.. fire.. aim..”
