So from that perspective we're about 3 years behind Delta in retirements? They have a lot more but percentage wise, sounds similar.

Still rather be 50% up Delta's list than ours but seems interesting.
74% at American
65% at United

I think Delta is higher than 60%.

Here is a retirement perspective. I was hired 6 years ago. That line is very flat for the next 10 years. Now imagine having another 1500 guys ahead of you as a new hire and the outlook isn't great for a new hire here vs the big 3.

All I'm saying is if you have multiple job offers go somewhere else. If this is your only job offer to escape the regionals take it. I just want perspective new hires to have all the available info.

Ya doesn't work for me. Says website can't be found. Is it like everything else here that you have to be on the company computer?

Gotta use blue connect and login that way. It's dumb.

Easiest way is company desk top. I've had little luck trying to get it to work at home but you are supposed to be able to get it through blue connect and pixie dust.

Haven't heard a thing and anxiously waiting. A buddy of mine that recently got hired said after OBAP it took them about a month to call him.
