jetBlue Hiring
Not to be too juicy, but on the last brief I received in recurrent, Delta is losing about 50% of their pilot group over the next 15 years. United and American were higher attrition.
So from that perspective we're about 3 years behind Delta in retirements? They have a lot more but percentage wise, sounds similar.
Still rather be 50% up Delta's list than ours but seems interesting.

65% at United
I think Delta is higher than 60%.

Here is a retirement perspective. I was hired 6 years ago. That line is very flat for the next 10 years. Now imagine having another 1500 guys ahead of you as a new hire and the outlook isn't great for a new hire here vs the big 3.
All I'm saying is if you have multiple job offers go somewhere else. If this is your only job offer to escape the regionals take it. I just want perspective new hires to have all the available info.

Easiest way is company desk top. I've had little luck trying to get it to work at home but you are supposed to be able to get it through blue connect and pixie dust.
