How are they adding “first” yet staying with the same amount of seats or adding more (223 is configured at 140 now) to the fleets? Are we getting rid of “industry leading legroom” or axing even more space?

Rumor is 32 to 30 inch legroom in coach.

My guess is, definitely not getting rid of Even More Space.

We better have a provision in our next contract that has first class DH 4hrs or greater, less than 4 needs to be “even more seat”. DH needs to pay 150% when those options are not met.

I still think they should have called it Spearmint... FWIW, Spirit's Big Front seats (essentially FC seats that don't recline) are very popular and sell out quickly (especially on longer flights), so I'd imagine this will sell quite well.
