Ok understood. Now lets say you get it back with the August bid could they have you start training the same year with an effective date like december or even november 2024 since the rights expire in 2025 around march?

Are you referring to canceled award rights or to displacement rights through 2025 or something?

Not enough information here. You only have prior claim rights for 1 year after your displacement effective date.

This is unfortunately the most likely answer.

I don’t think there’s any evidence of that and so it’s hard to say that’s the most likely answer. I guess we’ll know in May.
