Good luck, there are more candidates than positions right now it seems.

Can we for once get some good news? I mean honestly, I hate to be doom and gloom but it seems like we just keep getting kicked while down. This news now of Icahn? I don't want to give up all my seniority and start over again, but seniority doesn't mean squat if the airline you work for no longer exists.

outsiders perspective.

I really would not get all worked up about that guy after all he only owns 9.9% of Jetblue now… that’s not even a majority of the shares or anything even close to it.

If he does get a seat at the board, it’s only one seat.

I think there will be great things ahead for Jetblue.

You realize you can buy shares more than once, right?

He got to 10% ownership in 2 weeks. This could just be the start.

Imagine how us Spirit Pilots feel. One geriatric out of touch Judge is crushing my career, lol

Fingers crossed for you guys. I personally think the merger is DOA, but surely hoping we all land on our feet.

You may want to educate yourself a bit more on how controlling interest works... if you think 10% is not significant in this regard, you are naive.

Oh dude, 100%

The ironic part of all this is that by stopping the merger of 2 into 1, that judge may have destroyed all of our careers and both airlines (Yes, being a bit dramatic). The idiocy of that ruling now has Spirit in rough shape, and a known destoyer of airlines trying to get on the JB board. Great job judge.

Yup, insane it came down to one man's opion. Also insane that it even got to that point. The DOJ really got this wrong IMO
