I disagree. The access we'd get to airplanes and the new order book made this deal a steal. And that's not even counting the pilots and training infrastructure. But hey, now Fro tier can get the stock at a steal and become a super-sized ULCC that will squeeze JB from both sides, really putting us in uncharted territory.

Any mathmaticians in the room that could figure out what the payment per share breakup fee looks like, sans pre-payment and ticking fee?

Thanks

I think it's down to $0 now for shareholders.

How much is JetBlue paying as the breakup fee? Is that fee paid even due to the decision of the judge?

I believe it depends on when you purchased the shares. It would be reduced if you received the ratification dividend as well by how many monthly dividends you received.

this gives a little insight, but maybe one of the smarter pilots can figure it out exactly.
