Any chance the judge has just forgotten that he never ruled on the case?

seriously... I'm sure there's a lot going on behind the scenes but the radio silence and lack of a decision or date for one is creating to much uncertainty and stress for both pilot groups.

it’s about a holiday weekend overdue. Relax.

original timeline was he hoped to have a ruling before the new year.

that was before a two week delay. Which would’ve put it at Friday. It’s not even a workday late yet.
