AFAIK, it will first appear on PACER. https://pacer.uscourts.gov/

But I'll wager that one will see the stock price move well before they find the text of the ruling.

I don't know exactly when, but before Sat Jan 20 is my guess. I think you're closer to correct, but I won't be surprised if no approval by the end of this week.

My guess as well. Judge said he felt a duty to rule by years end, case was delayed 2 weeks, so I believe he mentally slid years end by 2 weeks and wants to rule by then.

I believe the JNC starts sit downs with JBLU management within the next two weeks too
