I don't remember where he stood going into closing arguments, but he was long at that time. He downgraded the odds slightly after closing arguments and said he saw it as more likely after the post trial briefs.
I wonder if yesterday was someone covering their short. The short interest as of Nov 30 was 13.35% of the float. A positive ruling by the Judge would cause a pretty good short squeeze. https://fintel.io/ss/us/save

I don't remember where he stood going into closing arguments, but he was long at that time. He downgraded the odds slightly after closing arguments and said he saw it as more likely after the post trial briefs.
