Oh I don't think the shareholders would, just concerned Teddy and his minions would try something stupid since they've opposed this deal from the start. I'm sure it's more complicated than that so I'm just asking the "dumb" questions since you all seem to have a better grasp than most about the legalities. It helps me sleep better at night.

That was obviously not the case before the JB deal was finalized, but I think their golden parachutes were packed nice and fluffy by the end of the Blue negotiations... Plus I have to think Teddy and his buffoons own a lot of SAVE shares and are looking forward to $29.85 per share.

It is my opinion only, but I think Teddy and gang are now all-in on the Blue takeover.
