In regards to the closing arguments tomorrow, is it unreasonable to expect the judge to give somewhat vague thoughts on the entire trial or will he generally be silent?

He'll probably just thank the two sides for presenting their cases and maybe give a timeframe of when a decision can be expected.

Yeah, my wording made it seem the decision was already made. My bad, that wasn't how I wanted it to come across.

"NK is B6's BEST available dance partner, like it or not. She's ugly, rude, inbred, illiterate, has no manners, and has no sense of style (yellow - seriously?) but she's B6's best available dance partner. Deal with it. And bring a bag for the late night tryst."

Been my thoughts for the last few months!

And JB is some hunky Chad? Please, NK is all JB can pull. NK had to settle too. Both need to wear a bag.

"If someone flies on one of the impacted routes that loses competition short-term, they'll also likely fly on other routes that now have more competition. Judge counters that some people only fly on one route, between home and where family lives."

yikes. If the judge looks at the market definition as a route by route basis and not large scale, Blue/spirit might be cooked.

edit:

"Arguing government's expert witness did not provide route-level analysis and did not factor in divestitures."

Best thing I've read from the defense so far

There’s been no tell on which way the judge is leaning, even he said as much. This is the problem with reading the play by play on Twitter/X. The only was to know is when he hands down his ruling minus some settlement.
