also you do know those articles are written for entertainment to get clicks?? 2 weeks from now the same source will post an article saying they are the best run company in history. All depends on who is paying for it to be written.
now, like I said, get back to your room and do your homework. Mom will be waking you up early for school.

Looks that way. And court is in session today.
David Slotnick has an update on his twitter feed. https://twitter.com/David_Slotnick
Keep in mind that Slotnick has (IMO) appeared to be opposed to the merger, so him saying that it looks like it'll go through is pretty big.
My guess at this point is that in spite of the Judge's multiple hints to DOJ to settle, they're going to go down with the ship.
Given my observations of the Judge, I suspect that most of his ruling is already written. I would anticipate his ruling to be released around the 11th of Dec, assuming the trial ends on the 4th.

Someone from B6 did a solid, like Andy, and went to the court today. This was what he got from it:
"Went to most of day 13 of the trial today. Not much to add they just had an economist on the stand who said the merger was going to be bad and that all other economists were wrong. When b6 cross examined him they proved that most of his stats were outdated and did not take into consideration the fact that all but 4 or 5 of the 30+ examples either have been divested, exited by b6/nk, or had a new ulcc entrant since those stats were measured."
