Our board has NOT engaged with anyone but F9. If they really wanted to get paid, they would have shopped NK to the highest bidder. They did not. Even after a merger announcement, they have dug in and rejected to negotiate even a higher price from F9. It's clear as day.

You're entitled to your own opinion, just not your own facts. Based on the two offers and what the NK BOD gets out of the F9 deal makes it pretty obvious the NK BOD hasn't negotiated in good faith. I suspect if B6 doesn't even up with Spirit, there will be a lot of lawsuits that will tie this up in the courts for years.

I believe that concludes the airing of grievances which means it’s now time for feats of strength.

In which year did JetBlue make offer to us ? Your CEO mentioned in writing they had been pursuing this for years.. but somehow the timing wasn’t right until 60 days after we signed a LOA with someone else?? Got it . And they woulda had to entertain any offer thrown their way in proceeding years.. no offer came. So no requirement to ‘engage’

im
a big time share holder and super happy the BOD voted 9-0 against. I’m a small investor with little say. But my 2 proxy votes just came and and I voted for F9.. hoping the other Shareholders do the same .. guess we’ll know mid June.. and ULCC only needs to trade at roughly $16.00 a share to make the price the same .. no reason think the combined F9\NK can’t far surpass $16 a share in the Future ..

Read the JetBlue slide deck on the web. They specially mention Atlanta, Chicago, and Las Vegas. I’d say those 3 might work out.

Triple-facepalm. Shows, again, he has no clue of the different iterations of how this process can work.

But, it matters not, not every moron on the internet can or need be fixed.

https://www.reuters.com/business/aer...ks-2022-05-02/“H. McIntyre Gardner, chair of the board of Spirit, said in a letter to JetBlue that given "substantial completion risk, we believe JetBlue's economic offer is illusory, and Spirit's board has not found it necessary to consider it."

next…
