100% more bases will help attract and retain pilots. Might even help with the stagnation issues we currently have, since there’s more bases/options to go upgrade at. If this were to happen.

How many B6 pilots NOT based in MCO/FLL actually want to be in MCO/FLL and are currently commuting is the only concern I have on the Walmart side of the equation?
I regretfully, possibly, turned down a JB offer just to no longer commute... If merger equals commute I'm out or something I don't know yet.

These bases are sometimes attainable out of training or with a year or 2 wait, but movement slower than JFK/BOS. MCO also has the advantage of the schoolhouse if being at home is your # 1 priority and live in the area.
Seniority list mergers typically dont allow bump and flush so your seat is safe until a displacement were to occur after a list merge.

We’re stagnating at NK because we can’t retain FOs. It threw off the balance, so the company just spends all the resources on churning 1-3 year FOs.
