I'm obviously voting one way, maybe the mysterious owners of spirit vote a different way. We'll just have to wait and see. It's nice to actually have a vote with the shares I own tho.

I don't want us to buy Spirit so I don't know why I'm telling you this, but call your broker. You should be getting proxy materials from all the companies you own for any serious length of time. If you aren't they need to fix it.

I think I lean more towards wanting this to happen. If nothing else it will help strengthen us for a JCBA. Good for us and good for Spirit pilots. Aside from that, it doesn’t really affect me much either way.

Yep….who knows what’s behind the other doors in terms of potential mergers/acquisitions in the future. The NK/B6 door ain’t that bad compared to some others.

Agree. JB really does need to geographically diversify, and needs more scale quickly. Same fleet, lots of bases spread out across the country (will help attract and retain pilots) and significantly grows FLL/MCO/LAX while adding a notable sized base in LAS.
