There are lots of accusations flying around about people being “naive” and such, but are those who are making these accusations really so knowledgeable about what happens behind the scenes in modern-day corporate America? Lots and lots of examples on the board of stereotypical ego-trip airline pilots who are way out over their skis on a topic that they don’t actually know sh!t about.
You ready for a skiing lesson yet?

Just saw that it’s changing to a hostile takeover.

You moved the goal posts chief. I said it wasn't over. Didn't guarantee a final outcome.

Edit to add- you need to be on the page the article is on. The wall street ones first have you on a logon/subscribe page so doesn’t work. Good to keep in mind as it works for 75% of paywall stuff.

Anyone who has spent a lot of time in the back of JB, DL, UAL, and then traveled in the back of a ULCC KNOWS that the customer base is very different. And you know it as well.

JB wants Spirit because it wants the planes, base, gates and pilots to create a larger JB. They want to gain scale quickly, to compete for more of the demographic that prefers, or would prefer more JB. That is 90% of why JB wants NK.

You can fantasize all you want about the other 10% if it makes you feel more important.

Had a two hour sit in FLL the other day. Sat by the G gates. Was watching the people getting on one of your flights. They looked like NK passengers. Just saying.
