He lost me at in-flight magazines lolz. But yes you're right 39" of seat pitch on E90 EMS + live TV & wifi sucks for everyone with no leg room regardless of what paint is on the outside of the plane.

The arbitrator will determine a method based on each unions arguments of relative seniority, longevity or career expectation etc and slot the pilots in via a ratio, multiple ratios within ranges or frankly whatever he(or they as a group) decide.

I haven't followed Spirit's product development but do their pilots have career expectations of long-haul transoceanic with lie flat suites? Asking for a friend.

Who cares what kind of "suites" the passengers have. Also who cares if you're flying over land or oceans???

What’s seniority to hold FLL/MCO 320 CA at NK?

And how does that compare to what it takes to hold same seats at B6?

It’s 15-20 and 8-10 here, respectively.

This will be catastrophic for us JB folks’ seniority.
Right up George Nicolau’s alley….

Thanks, that’s what I thought, but a friend seemed sure that the Captains would go up on the new list and FOs would go down, regardless of original DOH. Essentially a big reshuffling of everyone’s seniority within their original airline list. It didn’t sound right to me, but in 20 years of airlines this would be my first M&A.
