You have wasted so much of your life trying to convince people that the Jetblew and Spirit merger is happening. Well, I hate to break it to you son, It’s not. If you want to work for Spirit so bad we are currently hiring. So is Frontier.

Which of your multiple questions was/were meant to be rhetorical?
I don't think you know what that word (rhetorical) means.

Thanks for the grammar lesson, Andy. My questions were posed to bring up the point that there are assumptions being made by people on all sides of this argument, most of whom really don’t even know the answers to basic questions about this process. Just because someone is an airline pilot doesn’t mean that they know how things actually operate in a corporate boardroom, as much as they might like to pretend that they do.

Two things.

1. So anyone who is a pilot, only has life experience or previous experience as a pilot?

2. How are you uniquely qualified to know the limits of others knowledge on this exact subject?

OK, once again. I don't think you know what that word (grammar) means.
The correct word is catachresis.

Nothing personal but I wouldn't hang out with you. The conversation would quickly bore me. You seem like a Cliff Clavin (from the TV show Cheers) clone.
