B6/UA will be tied for highest paid A320 pay scale in the USA effective May 2022 @ $283/HR. That's better than DL,AA,WN,AS and HA (I know WN is 737 only). Also, DL A321 rates will be higher @ $286. All in all it could be worse. Yes, I'm aware rates are a small portion of total compensation, however if B6 had lower rates we would be complaining about that too. Kind of hard to complain about top of the industry rates. Not sure when Sun Country surpasses that (2025?) but B6 is negotiating as we speak and 2025 won't see current rates survive; the B6 CEO said on CNBC Friday that the pilot shortage is only going to make pilot rates keep increasing. Seems like yesterday I was on this site and Airways top of the scale for the 320 CA seat was $128/HR? Crazy times!

Which, adjusted for inflation, is about $185/hr.

And in all fairness those were heavily discounted post 9/11 world rates when everyone took a huge cut after the housing market crash / economy crashing. Airways took a massive cut to get down there.
