I really wish I shared your guys optimism! Hope it works out in B6’s favor

JMPO, but I don't see NK making any statement indicating they were moving closer to accepting the B6 offer as it would, IMHO anyway, reduce their bargaining position at the table.

The only official stance that NK has taken is that they are merging with F9. So any kind of communications they make will have to be inline with that stance. The B6 offer is unsolicited so whatever is happening with that is behind the scenes until NK makes another official statement. SEC stuff and all that you see.
All that being said... as an NK Captain, i'm on edge a bit over here hoping you folks acquire us. I'm assuming the NK team is giving F9 an opportunity to acquire/secure more funding/support for the merger. I also assume B6 has additional tricks up their sleeves to counter any addition amendments to the merger agreement. Either way, if a vote is going to happen for a merger between NK/F9, a statement to that effect would most certainly have to come soon from NK as to their reasons again fro declining the B6 offer. They're gonna need some time to sell their position to the shareholders. I would imagine at least. So... something has to be announced soon?????

Tell me again how the government is going to stop JB from buying NK.
Uncle Chuck won’t let them stop us.
