Frontier claims to be done pursuing Spirit if the shareholders reject. Doesn't seem inclined to sweeten the pot anymore.

Not surprising. Seems like every offer from mgmt. is the “last, best, final offer” until it isn’t.

They've never once upped their offer. Not once. The addition of the breakup fee is BS because it'll never be needed and there's been zero increase in value to the shareholders throughout this process. Not one. They're counting on NK BOD to do their bidding for them. My only hope is B6 tenders 50+1% of the shares so when the NK shareholders vote down the F9 deal, F9 can't come back after and try and sweeten the deal and start the process all over again. NK BOD need to get tossed on their a$$es for a complete disregard in considering shareholder fiduciary interests. This has been the biggest and most overt scam I've seen in some time.

Hence why lawsuits have already been filled too I think?

Question, what % of JetBlue pilots are based in BOS/JFK vs. every other base you may have (and I’m sure the other bases are coastal as well…)???

I would love if someone from the Blue side has a breakdown of DOH and base/seat. Don't know if that's readily available to you guys, but if so it would be appreciated.

orlando isn't on the coast. that's probably the farthest inland base we have. newark opens this month. not really sure what kind of percentage breakdown you want, so i'll just post the numbers. you can do your own dividing. jsq is jfk based flying to london right now.

Well, unfortunately, at least 3 more weeks of this BS. Spirit BOD delayed the shareholder vote to June 30th.
