Would be more believable if Qatar actually had any 330NEO orders.

The fact that many people are ignorant of geography not withstanding, a huge opening in the A330NEO order book has recently appeared. Those slots and white tails will go somewhere at a goodly discount to list:

An opening for some lucky airline for sure, but as far as our “Robin rumor” messing up a cancelled Qatari 350, order with an AirAsia X 330NEO order goes far in terms of the validity of the rumor as a whole doesn’t it? Perhaps they were talking about the Qatari recently cancelled (Airbus actually cancelled it on THEM) 321NEO order.

With how much money we are losing every day based on them selling tickets at such a low price there is zero chance of this happening.

I'm not sure if you are a real live pilot, but proficiency with the English language is a requirement when you do go for your pilots license in the future. Might want to take some courses.
What you are showing is which airline has the absolute lowest average fare. The discussion you are involved with, and the term "JetBlue Effect", as used by MIT and the DOJ is about which airline causes high fare entrenched legacies to lower THEIR average fares the most, and the data clearly shows JB does that.
Spirit may come to a market with the lowest fare, but legacy airlines largely ignore their entry because they aren't chasing the same customers, generally. They throw a few token "basic economy" seats on the market, but generally don't lower their average fare much at all. When JB comes to a market, they are largely forced to respond with much larger average fare reductions.
And... Spirit has 2-3x more overlap with Frontier than they do with JB. So the F9 acquisition is really about eliminating a low cost carrier they compete with over a larger proportion of their network, and would of course raise faires. There are only so many routes that really support ULCC service on any large scale, and Spirit and Frontier are already finding out they are running out of those routes and having to fight each other, so now they want to eliminate each other's prime competitor.
I said good day sir.

As far as the overlap goes, both NK and F9 suffer from embarrasingly low frequency. F9 more so than NK. So even with our overlap our frequency still wouldn't match that of any of the individual big 4 airlines. Thus rendering that argument moot.

If the DATA is so clear then why don't you share it with us? I looked at the press release and all I saw was a claim with a nebulous footnote. Extract that information if you can. My guess is you can't.

As for frequency, you, like most of your colleagues, think that if Delta is doing 6 a day that you should be. The ULCC market on most routes, other than to Mickey Mouse or Lost wages, doesn't support that frequency. You and the other ULCC have been cannibalizing each other's customers on the limited routes that support daily ULCC service, and that is why you are seeking to merge together.
