Well, if the deal was done today f9 , you’d get 1.9 shares for each share you have ( approx $17.50) plus $2 per share in cash which you won’t get till completion in 2 years. I’m dying to know how that’s a better deal. Let’s say it is…. How’s the JCBA going go to be?

It’s not normal times. Staffing this new monster is going to be very difficult. Spirit, for example, is well behind the curve to staff the deliveries it has coming this year. Net positive, but not nearly enough and no anticipated pay raises for employees for the next 5 years. Add Franke/Biffle to that it’ll probably be a 3-4 year knock down drag out fight to get current legacy pay minus a certain percentage.
The B6 merger has some legitimate questions regarding its ability to be completed. The F9 merger has just as legitimate questions that keep getting glossed over under the assumption that “they gotta if they wanna”, and that’s incredibly presumptuous imoho.
