I think our current grievance process is very busy. I propose a new supplemental program.

They have the lift award.

We have the Miffed award.

(Think Big Mac Big Mic)

That way we can really recognize our “leadership” and the great job they are doing.

First award goes to the CS author of the last email that said hey you know you can wave the CBA right

Be on the lookout for new and exciting award programs this year.

The “Drag awards” will be debuting soon! Not only is it culturally diverse, but it also has a catchy aviation meaning too!

You’d be responsible for reporting them to your supervisor. That’s intolerance of use of drag.

You should be able to feel comfortable using drag. Especially if you identify as a drag user.

It’s the 320 man I can’t only go 1/2 drag without getting all manual and least the 321 can go full drag and relax at the same time
