The trips are bad, so you shouldn't work here?
Junior trips are bad in every base, in every category, at every airline.
If you live in base, who cares what the trips look like.
And to answer the question, junior MCO went under a year, and junior FLL seems to sit around a year, maybe a little more.

The MEC, NC and SSC have drastically affected the smaller bases QOL with their incompetence.
