Even with no profit sharing, JetBlue is still a significant professional improvement for many, many people. I don't think that's so difficult to understand.

Yep. It can be a stepping stone. JB certainly shouldn't be a destination airline for anyone not living within driving distance of Boston. And with Delta soon to announce a BOS base, even that won't last.

agreed. Use them and lose them... get the 320 type and leave for DL or UA. They made their bed and they’ll lie in it.

What would someone's personal life have anything to do with a pilot living close to BOS realizing that while he may get hired initially at JB, that he'd be stupid not to move on to Delta if they put a base there. Don't take it personally. I'm sorry if you got your feelings hurt.
