Immediately...good chance that either 190 or Bus or both are offered to new-hires.

Any idea how long it might take to hold MCO for a noobie?
I've ran into a couple guys, one who held it in about 6 months, and one within a year. I'm guessing these might be anomalies...

Depends how old you are. The junior person in the class is probably getting JFK.

The last system bid a new hire didn’t get it for next year even though he wanted it. Now maybe supplemental bids will adjust that but at least 18 months for that guy

You use to be able to choose 190-BOS straight from training pretty easily, have things changed?

Yes. 190 wasn’t even an option for my class.
It changes every other Wednesday.

Gotcha my buddy went through as a new hire in August/September and got the 190 in bos
