Haha. I read class 1-24, meaning first class of 2024 and I was thinking it meant January 24th being tomorrow. Weird coincidence. 16 new hires starting tomorrow. I don’t have the drop though. Sorry I could not be more helpful.

The idea of shifting flying to where pilots want to live is great, but will be even more trouble for JFK operational reliability. Oh, and turns out not as many pilots wanted to switch to Florida as the company thought. Woopsies, now we're understaffed in Florida FOs, overstaffed in either BOS/JFK or MCO/FLL CAs, take your pick.

The idea of shifting flying to where pilots want to live is great, but will be even more trouble for JFK operational reliability. Oh, and turns out not as many pilots wanted to switch to Florida as the company thought. Woopsies, now we're understaffed in Florida FOs, overstaffed in either BOS/JFK or MCO/FLL CAs, take your pick.

I think a quick Look at FL pairings have some influence on whether pilots want to transfer.
