Good to know, thanks.

That said, say I want a base that is not an E190 base, am I able to bid for said base at the first opportunity, or am I locked into the E190 for either 1 or 2 years?

Thanks for the feedback.

You're locked on the 190 for 1 year after which you can bid to a different aircraft and base.

But you wanted the A220??? A220 is only based in Boston, same base as the E190.

Worried the E190 won't look as cool on your Instagram account?

My uncle is an Emirati expat in Singapore who is buying an ACJ220 so if I can't get my free 220 type right off the bat I gotta know what my options are

I remember that 😂 I don’t know what was worse, the underwing engine column in their logbooks or the fact that I was jealous they were flying a “real airliner” 😭

They can have it. I remember those days when the ejet first showed up.

”Brickyard xxxx say speed”
”.77, all we got right now”
” *sigh*…Eagleflight xxxx are you able FL400?”
”sure”
“Eagleflight xxxx climb & maintain FL400, best forward. I’m making you #1 to ORD”
“Climb maintain 400 and Mach .83, Eagle xxxx”

I loved the 700.

I was in the northeast putzing around in the E135. 270 in the climb and maybe .76 max cruise. That CR7 was a nice plane.

A couple decades back I got humbled like that one September afternoon while doing Mach .87. We were past the barber pole but I had the expanded portion of the -1-1 open on the charts to keep us legal, trying to keep up with a blue and white 747 as he trucked east from Offut to Andrews AFB.
