Today:

6 A220 (6 BOS)

22 A320 (18 JFK, 4 LAX)

13 E190 (8 BOS, 5 JFK)

A220 has 1 day break up to 2 week break. A320 has 1-2 week break. E190 has little as no break (hard to believe given how many are still here from December class) to 2 week break.

How the hell they are going to do that many 190 idk. Right now im about 1 in 5 events actually happening. And its super annoying cause they only cancel the day before at 2 or 3 in the afternoon so you cant get home. Its bad enough the pay but then looking ahead only 1 of my sims even has an instructor on the schedule so... Fantastic way to treat your employees. Nothing like seeing all the other 320 and 220 guys from newhire finishing up and your sitting there weeks away at this rate from even seeing the sim.

Note to crew scheduling hope is not a plan if there's no instructors just cancel my week so at least i can watch my bank account slowly bleed dry from home.

Not sure how many new 190 instructors are in the pipeline, but none of the instructors were assigned 190 in yesterday's drop.

I had one last week in my jumpseat, just finished simulator for all the check airman stuff. He was doing his jumpseat observation turn. Never been an instructor in a simulator, or a jet instructor for that matter. Just hired off the street from a 91 private citation job in the right seat. Flight school CFI before that.
