...and waiting... and waiting... and waiting...
I guess they aren't in a real hurry for those that weren't unemployed already or able to start ASAP. I told them I wasn't available until May so I understand the delay.

Hi Guys, it's been awhile since I dealt with the interview stuff but...if you are currently into the second phase and B6 is performing a background check then you are in...it is only a matter of time. To be turned down in this part of the process would mean that they found something in the background check that was really bad. That is usually a very rare occurrance.

Or more likely, the candidate gets 'shot down' by a current JB pilot as JB posts the names and backgrounds of every stage 2 applicant on company bulletin boards.

This is not common, but more common than skeletons in the closet.

concur, been here a whopping 4 weeks now. saw "the list" as mentioned and there are some names with "expletives" handwritten next to them regarding "should we hire this chap or not?" -- that is a vast minority though -- most have good marks or nothing at all -- its just a final QA for folks to look over and let the hirings folks know about the aforementioned skeletons.
