Default Can you get into the PDP as an ATP holder?

Would Horizon accecpt someone who already holds an ATP into their "pilot development program" as a way to get into a seat at Horizon when they eventually have space? I don't qualify for the Experienced FO posting, but I was thinking maybe applying for the PDP would get me on a list to eventually get hired there? Moving out west is my goal, and Horizon or Skywest are about the only regional options that make that doable.

Negative. The PDP is for pilots currently in training as a way for the airline to have a consistent pool to hire from. You’d have to be years away from reaching ATP mins to be accepted into the PDP.

They really are only looking for people that are enrolled in partner college programs between PVT and COM licenses.
