No, what I had been advised by many is that if I want work for legacy I should get the app in and on file even if I do not meet the mins. Friend of mine that works at DAL, when he got hired they mentioned that if he really wanted to work there why did not apply sooner. So I submitted the app for Delta. When I was scrolling down my mouseless computer randomly clicks on things I don't want. Drives me crazy. Thats how Eagle got on list. I was figuring out how to get it off when they called and asked me to fill out the addendums so they can talk about setting up a time for me to come down there. It took me a little off guard.
As far Commutair goes. Great company, great planes. Pay is pretty tuff though. Unfortunately I am not getting a lot flying right now. If that persits into the spring I may have to consider other options, which would include corporate or more likely somebody like AWAC. You can only survive so long with little pay AND not putting hours in the logbook. We'll see what happens. If your in CLE its great, not so much back east though.

Central Washington does NOT have a bridge program with Eagle. The Central grad got on there with just the normal street stuff. He had only 930 total and just over 100 multi. Also, he is a sharp guy and knows his stuff.

It's just my theory, but if you put apps on file early with accurate times and update twice a year or so, they keep track of your progress. It's impossible for the military guys to cheat on times, but a minute amount of civilains still do it. An app on file for years, however, is not a gurantee, but it helps.

1000/100 off the street, 500/100 if you went to an accredited aviation university or bridge program, 346/75 (approx) if you are in the flight safety direct track, or I think the RAA has some program that allows you to get in at the same hours. I havent seen anyone getting hired with less than 500/100 though.

Someone has an ERJ Type with 378/59? OR CRJ at 410/100? Sounds like they bought their training. Or they aren't really typed.

Yes. There is no time minimum required for a type rating, and the entire training course and checkride can be done in a Level D sim.
