Well, I think Virgin America is a growing airline, that is here to stay. And for a young pilot, just starting his career - that is a bonus in my book. Take the job and the money, and enjoy the ride!

Not many posts here lately. I've sent PM's to several folks regarding the interview process. Always glad to share, but just about everything one would need to know for a successful interview is pretty much spelled out in this thread and the VX threads in the majors section. From a recent interviewee classes through May are full, classes to run through July. 24-26 more new hires and then into the pool. Good luck to all those interested!

I got the pilot questionnaire a few days ago. Any idea what this is all about? Just another hurdle? I'm curious!

Just heard VX only hired 3 out of 8 from the March 21 interview group.

That seems to be pretty normal....2 to 3 out of the 7 or 8 that interview.
