Did you attend a job fair recently? What are your times/background?

It could take a couple of days before you hear anything back. The recruiters are extremely busy right now with interviews and setting up class dates. Be prepared for the phone call from HR. Start thinking about your answers and have good stories. You could be offered an interview date right from the phone with as little as 3 days notice. Good luck.

I attended the Las Vegas job fair. 4900 TT 121 & 135 background. 1800 PIC - not turbine though. Long app completed, phone interview completed (I thought it went well) and was immediately forwarded the cog test. Completed that quickly but it's been a few days and haven't heard anything since. I probably just need to be patient. I'm so excited about this awesome opportunity!

I do! I've done everything in my power that I can do from attending the job fair (highly recommend!) to getting internal recs. Everyone that I've met from Spirit has been super nice and has helped me any way that they can! I've still got a ways to go though!

I wouldn't sweat it. As AeroCrewSolut said, the HR depart,et is probably very busy.
It takes a bit of time, I waited four days, but I've herd others have waited longer.
Things happen quick though, so be prepared!
Good luck, be yourself, be positive and you'll do great!

As far as internal recs go, I went to the ORD job fair in May and handed them my internal letter of rec to the recruiter I talked to. Is that the best way to do it and is that what people are doing or is there another way?
