If you applied under the first window, there is a new window that was opened and it has a new requisition number. Maybe you could apply under the new req number and include your ATP. This way you don't withdraw from consideration but can let the company know about your ATP.

Per someone in HR at US AIR:
"View the Directions" option means your application has been reviewed and you will be contacted in the near future for a face to face. I've not seen that option pop up on my app, but it still shows under review.
