US Air will be at the WAI Conference this week and Chicago on May 18, I'm going to oth, so I'll ask if there's any difference between the applications or requisition ID's, unless an US Air pilot chimes in first.

I could have sworn it said "three references", not "three LOR's." I could be wrong as well, in which case I probably won't get a call since I only included three references.

I didn't include any LORs in my app and I got a call for interview back in January. I did bring 3 or 4 to the interview.

I think the previous requisition ID didn't stress LORs, but this latest requisition ID had directions about adding LORs to your resume as extra pages on a .pdf, if I remember right.
That's what I did, I took my one page resume, added three LORs as pages 2, 3, and 4, then made the document as a .pdf and uploaded that.
Still haven't heard a thing, but I'm hopeful.

Lobaeux, you've been an inspiration, the way you're hitting all the hiring outfits hard. I'm trying to emulate you, down to attending the conference this week. If YOU don't get hired, with all your work, I'm pretty sure I'm screwed!

It's a competitive industry, but we're kind of all in it together, any help I can be for others, I'll do.
Good luck!

Like many in February I was "invited" to reapply. The email said update/resume, make changes etc., but to get to the new req. (#163861) I had to do the whole application again. After 2.5 hours I just finished and here I am. I just read the email response which said (I think like last time): You have 48 hours to finish the application, saying I had not included work history, etc. I did the pilot bit and the work history, education, everything. Is this just another one of this contract companies (annoying) quirks? Can I ignore the 48 hour statement? I think I got that last time and it was under review for quite a bit longer than 48 hours (months, in fact).
Just curious if this has happened to others recently and what, if anything, to do about it. I am confident I did it correctly, saved every page as I went along. I don't want to keep reapplying. Thanks in advance.

I'm concerned because I got the update email, so I went and did the whole thing and at the end I realized it let me update my resume but never asked for work history. I couldn't go back or anything, but it showed my work history in there from the last time I applied. I emailed the application site help email and they gave me someone's email address to send an updated resume to. That's all I've been able to do, hopefully that works...
