Download OpenOffice, it's free, and it should be able to open your Word file without too much hassle. If not, make the necessary changes and save, then export the file as a .PDF -- this option is on on the File menu. That should work.

pilotcredentials.com profile gone?
I had an app in during the last window, with a completed profile on pilotcredentials. Now, after completing the SWA.com app, I tried to log in to pilotcredentials, but it doesn't recognize me at all. Do I have to wait for the Gina Giovannoni email with link before my profile 'exists' again?

Did you know that Gina was a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader?

Anyone else have any luck?
EDIT: Just re-saved my word as a 97 file with a .doc extension instead of the .docx and it uploaded - still won't take my PDF files.

Now one more...
When you go to "Print Your Profile", a column comes up with "Landings", yet it didn't ask me on the application (or at least I didn't see where to fill that in). Anyone else?
