Anyone else having trouble uploading their resume on Pilot Credentials? It says a word document is acceptable, but when I hit process it won't go through.

Download OpenOffice, it's free, and it should be able to open your Word file without too much hassle. If not, make the necessary changes and save, then export the file as a .PDF -- this option is on on the File menu. That should work.

Default pilotcredentials.com profile gone?

I had an app in during the last window, with a completed profile on pilotcredentials. Now, after completing the SWA.com app, I tried to log in to pilotcredentials, but it doesn't recognize me at all. Do I have to wait for the Gina Giovannoni email with link before my profile 'exists' again?

I didn't have too... But then again, my profile never disappeared either. Sounds like something might be wrong.

Didn't work either, but thanks for the suggestion. Tech Support was very, very responsive and attached it for me.

Good luck to everyone.

OK, silly question: When they say "Instructor Time", is that Given, or received?

My numbers are a little off...

Did you know that Gina was a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader?

Yeah - I've tried PDF and Word with both Chrome and Internet Explorer. It doesn't seem to take anything...

Anyone else have any luck?

EDIT: Just re-saved my word as a 97 file with a .doc extension instead of the .docx and it uploaded - still won't take my PDF files.

Time as an instructor. I can't imagine they care how much "Dual Received" you have at this point in the game.

Thanks. That's what I am thinking.
Now one more...

When you go to "Print Your Profile", a column comes up with "Landings", yet it didn't ask me on the application (or at least I didn't see where to fill that in). Anyone else?
