I got an offer with over 1,200TT and over 100 M.E. Wasn't able to speak with any other pilot so not sure what they had.

When did you interview? What was the interview like? I've heard lately that they haven't been doing a sim. Is that true?

They did interviews on the 12th, When you show up they give you a quiz, I thought it was fairly easy, any proficient instrument pilot should be able to answer it. No ATP questions, they also give you the 15 month training contract to look over (you will sigh it first day of class). Know your Jeppesen charts and you will be fine. They are not asking hard questions but they are looking for you to know you how to fly instrument and follow procedures. They don't ask trick questions just stuff that you should be able to do.

Just wondering if you are multi-engine current? I exceed the minimums, but was just wondering if getting current again would help my chances.

Yea, I have interviewed with 3 different airlines and they have all wanted people to be current and proficient in instruments and M.E.

The interviews are done in the hotel, the most they cold do is bring a PCATD. I am not sure if you are aware of the type of flying GLA does, but not Auto Pilot and no FMS, everything is done by hand and some airports the only approach is an NDB. So if you are worried about a SIM ride on the interview I don't know what to tell you about their training, they have one of the biggest wash out rates in the industry. You either have it or you don't.
