Is it true that commuting out of Farmington is next to impossible ??
If you're based in FMN, they will not cover your hotel there. You'll find other means, trust me. As pathetic and sad as that means is, you'll find it. If you do get the pleasure of staying at the America's Best Value Inn, yes, I have woken up in the morning with little red welts on my legs. Were they from bedbugs? Either that, or some other species of blood-feasting paris
ite. Enjoy!

This is second hand and a little aged from my friend who interviewed there a year ago.
He paid his way out to the interview cab ride was pricey ...Arrive at Hotel surrender log books and paperwork .Meet with HR person and line captain Basic HR questions including name your greatest strengths and weaknesses . Finger fly approach plate , what designates highest obstacle on the plate , where is FAF, IAF . They pull out a Low alt chart and ask MEA moca whats the difference between green and red Grid Moras . He said the people were very friendly . One guy who was interviewing was a 135 cargo guy who was cocky and did not get the job . At that time there was no sim or written but it would not hurt to get sheppard air written interview prep its cheap and is valid for 1 year of use.

I cannot contact my friend since hes in europe so thats all i got If offered the job you need to know that they fly a 1900 with no lav and do quick turns so using the bathroom can be tough . I hear the guys at lakes are very tight knit group and are very good at wht they do flying in very challenging conditions Good luck and let us know how it goes . Wish I had more for you . !

Hey now as a 9L guy, I can say that our new TA is pretty nice and exceeds Horizons payrate by year 3. First year FO on the Q is 25 not the best but much much better than GLA. that combined with work rules, block or better and lower medical costs are just the tip of the iceberg.

Pay your own way to the interview? So if you live in or near a community served by GLA they won't even fly you to the interview?

Just got in touch with my friend he flew in from Boston and paid his own way Iagree that if you live in an area serviced by GLA they do fly you in . My friend has IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome ) so the lack of a lav and fast turns was a deal breaker for him he flys a giv to europe now instead .Guess he made the right move .

I don't know when you started there, but you knew about the future TA when you started??? Otherwise, you can't really take credit for raising the bar, by claiming to only accept employment at a "top tier" regional.

Hey Machne, If you don't mind me asking, what is your total time? I'm barely below 750 and I haven't heard back from them
