American Eagle to hire

I would think that an ATP would be part of the new mins for Airlines even though the new rules will not go into effect for a couple of years. To top that off the market is flooded with high time RJ drivers and other well qualified people. I don't think they will have any trouble finding qualified folks in these troubled times.

Know every symbol on a jepp, enroute, practice briefing an appch/DP/star, decode a metar and taf (learn all those random, rarely used codes), duty time regs, t/o and landing alternate requirements, dont wear a red tie.

Go to aviationinterviews.com as well as my pilot career.com SPOT ON GOUGE!! Eagle is really big on jepps, instrument procedures and the aircraft your currently flying. I don't know if they still spread it out over 2 days or not but remember, the whole time your there you are being interviewed!!!

They don't go in depth, but they check your hearing, drug test pee test. No blood pressure check. they look in your ears, nose and butt. They make you turn head and cough, then the proctologist has you bend over a table to check other things. He puts BOTH hands on your shoulders. Then In comes George Takei - Mr. Sulu from Star Trek classic. YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HE DOES.
