Hi,
I just finished my airlineapps.com application yesterday, 2/4. I have been employed as a CFI for well over the past 12 months, 1070/200 with no recommendations. Does anyone who is familiar with the current hiring process think that I stand a chance at getting a call for an interview?

now that you have applied, all you can do is wait for a call like everyone else. Don't get discouraged if the call does not come immediately, there are others out there with experience that surpass yours and still have not received a call. hang in there. good luck.

I won't accept the offer because you said so. Thanks for telling what's best for me. How could I go on without your expertise?

What attitude man? Trying to figure out how long it would take to get a base of my choice because I'm not willing to commute for reserve for a long period offended you? Been there, done that and promised myself that I wouldn't do it again unless there was a small chance of being based near home. If you can deal with that more power to you.

When I was in ORD the bottom guys did a good bit of flying, the middle guys did very little and the top guys did as much or as little as they wanted to.
