Most everyone that was in the pool are guys that applied in 08 before they closed the door to hiring. So all those guys in the pool had like 300 hours in 08 and now have more hours than that. Eagle gave preference to the guys in the pool because it was an instant database that they could call for interviews on the spot. Once they worked through all the pool guys, then they got to the most qualified of the applicants that were 'fresh' applicants. It was these fresh applicants that were higher time guys. A lot of guys that are currently on furlough from other 121's.

Can anyone who has interviewed recently meaning 1.5 weeks or less tell us or pm me what HR is saying as far as when class dates will start. They told our group 18 NH's on Feb 15th but I highly doubt that now. I interviewed in the first week, that was 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything and I'm confused
