So if they were taking high time guys without recs just 3 weeks ago, I don't know why they wouldnt want you now. Does that make sense? So I say go for it, you have a decent shot at it.
I interviewed on the second day of interviews. None of us had over 1500 hours. 3/4 were in the pool. Basically the same setup for day one.

Most everyone that was in the pool are guys that applied in 08 before they closed the door to hiring. So all those guys in the pool had like 300 hours in 08 and now have more hours than that. Eagle gave preference to the guys in the pool because it was an instant database that they could call for interviews on the spot. Once they worked through all the pool guys, then they got to the most qualified of the applicants that were 'fresh' applicants. It was these fresh applicants that were higher time guys. A lot of guys that are currently on furlough from other 121's.

Claudette is that you!!??? I know I was in the pool. I was first contacted about hiring via email on 1/6/10. P.S. Not all of us had 300 hours when we got "hired" in 08. Ca 'mon...I had 650 TT and 95 multi. Haha. Those were the days.....no more of that I'm afraid. Good luck to everybody who has interviewed and those with their names on airline apps. This has been a crazy deal. I know 3 guys I was in the pool with who HAVE the new minimums and still don't have an interview date.

Anybody know if they've stepped up the number of interviewees per day??? Like I said I was 1 of 4 my day and the whole week I think they did 12 interviews.

I have an interview scheduled for March 8th. When they called me, it sounded like they were still scheduling interviews for the 2nd and 3rd, as well as the week of the 8th.
